Hosting My First Webinar

Last night I had the privilege of hosting my first team webinar with some amazing female classmates whom I now consider friends. We covered a three-prong approach to health and wellness: mindfulness (meditation), movement (exercise), and meals (nutrition). I think we worked well together over the past several weeks as we put together this project, divided labor, and I think our enthusiasm for the subject and our friendship shows in the webinar recording.
