In this second module of INTE 5340 Learning With Digital Stories, I made the following Daily Creates:

I decided that I'm a mix of seeker & relater when it comes to my approach to stories/learning (based on this article). I like depth of story but also discussing them with people or reading AV Club reviews after watching shows. My engaging with a story and then going to another platform blends nicely with the fascinating transmedia articles we read this week discussing how we, as an audience, can engage with a story, contribute new narratives to it, in a multi-platform way, thus turning us into "prosumers."

Constructivism and Constructionism were read about and discussed on Hypothes.is quite a bit this week and in the end I decided that both have value, but Papert's concept of Constructionism - which is learning by creating and making something, and doing so in a multi-platform way, is where the theory meets the real world and makes things "stick" as a learner. We are engaged in this type of learning in this course as we continue to be stretched to use new media to express ourselves and to show the theories we are digesting.

Finally, the module ended with a collaborative dialog project discussing the recently read articles.
